The Dark Tower

Fans of Stephen King have been waiting for this one for ages. The movie will be a sort of quasi sequel to the King book series that goes by the same name. It has been reported that Matthew McConaughey and Idris Elba will be starring in this epic sci-fi fantasy western (it really is a lot of genres combined). They have also brought in Danish director Nikolaj Arcel (The Royal Affair) to have his first go at a big-budget Hollywood production. It will be released at the end of July in 2017.
