Good Time

In 2014, the Safdie Brothers earned tons of praise for their depressing and unforgiving portrayal of two New York junkies in Heaven Knows What. With Good Time, we’re back in the same shady world, but this time it’s a full-on genre film. Connie (brilliantly played by Robert Pattinson) is on the run after a bank robbery-gone-wrong. During one crazy, hectic night we follow a man jumping from floe to floe, all the way getting deeper into shit, making horrible ah hoc decisions after another. The result is a thriller flooding with adrenaline, stuffed with unforgettable, darkly comical scenes.
