Synopsis
From South Korean director Lee Won-tae comes this action-thriller, The Gangster, the Cop, and the Devil (Korean title: 악인전; Romanized: Ak-in-jeon). It stars Ma Dong-seok, Kim Mu-yeol, and Kim Sung-kyu in the lead roles. Lee also wrote the screenplay of the film. Kiwi Media Group distributed the movie produced by B.A. Entertainment. The movie came out in May 2019 in South Korea and was also entered in the 2019 Cannes Film Festival and the Fantasia International Film Festivals. Talks happened in May 2019 about Ma reprising his role in the American remake to be produced by Sylvester Stallone’s Balboa Productions.
