Hereditary

We tend to be skeptical when we read about ‘this year’s most frightening movie’. In the world of horror movies, everyone is screaming for your attention. Hereditary is both a harrowing account of loss and mourning AND a visually overwhelming horror psychosis in the best thinkable ‘Rosemary’s Baby’ tradition. This isn’t the best horror movie of the year; it’s most likely the best of the decade.
