For the last nine years, next to doing a few commercials to finance the film, Glazer has been working on the dark and mysterious Under the Skin. They decided to build their own camera after they realized that what they to wanted visually was so demanding and highly innovative it could only be accomplished by developing a new type of camera. And this gamble sure paid off. Under the Skin will give you a cinematic ride like you have not experienced before. With the help of a haunting soundtrack, it turns the ordinary of every day life into an extraterrestrial trip. The biggest visual highlights are without a doubt the scenes in which Scarlett Johansson lures her male preys to a sort of black swampy underworld from which they will never return.
