Enter the Void has gathered somewhat of a cult status, and it is not difficult to understand why. Argentinian director Gaspar Noe has, like Harmony Korine with Spring Breakers, created a film that feels like one long trippy experience in Tokyo. Korine must have watched the film, and thought to himself that this was the feel he was looking for- and what better way of achieving this than by hiring the guy responsible for the cinematography. Indeed, for this sort of film Benoit Debie is your go to guy. If you like these two films, make sure to also check out Irreversible (2002).
