Probably my favorite film of 2012, Spring Breakers. A true ironic testament to the postmodern times we live in. A celebration of the hyperreal. I won’t go in to in too much detail as we have discussed it in-depth in When hyperrealism gets real in 2013. You should know that the cinematographer in charge is Benoit Debie who is an incredible creative talent, and will be discussed in relation to the the next film, Enter The Void. But it is clear he knows whom to work with, crazy geniuses.
