Why: Although it was a little overhyped, we really enjoyed last year’s Lady Bird, Greta Gerwich’s directorial debut. Her next project (starring a dazzling cast consisting of Emma Watson, Saoirse Ronan. Timothee Chalamet and Meryl Streep among others) is an adaptation of Louisa May Alcott’s classic  novel from 1868.
