 Synopsis
What would you risk or sacrifice for instant wealth? This 2019 horror film centers on five young hikers who discover an abandoned gold mine and descend into madness and greed as the pursuit of easy riches consumes them. The film is a psychological morality tale about human nature, free will, and the curse of insatiable greed as the group faces dangers and make tough decisions between surviving or getting rich. Yurke runs with this observation as an appeal to people’s better natures. The movie is directed by Dean Yurke and stars Brie Mattson, Brandon Wardle and Chrstina July Kim.
