4. Marilyn Monroe

Fifties icon Marilyn Monroe struggled with drug abuse for quite a while, but her premature death came as an enormous shock nonetheless. During the process of shooting Something’s Got To Give, Monroe died of a drug overdose, long before finishing. The film was shut down, but the scenes were later used in the documentary Marilyn: The Final Days.
