5. Steve Irwin

Australia’s beloved documentarymaker/adventurer/animal advocate died with his boots on. While filming a documentary about stingrays, Irwin got stung by a stingray in chest-deep water. Irwin was known for his bravery when dealing with deadly animals. Ironically, he got killed by an animal that usually doesn’t hurt a fly.
