6. Vic Morrow

Of all the deaths during filming, Vic Morrow’s is probably the cruelest. While shooting The Twilight Zone, Morrow and two child actors got killed by a crashing helicopter during a scene in which Morrow was being attacked by American Soldiers in Vietnam. The rotating blades decapitated Morrow.
