Peacemaker

Though he seemed to bite the dust during the events of 2021’s The Suicide Squad, the nationalistic anti-hero Peacemaker has been revived. Ready for action, he is hired by Task Force X for a new mission called Project Butterfly. While he struggles to uncover the mystery behind his vague mission, Peacemaker must also learn to make friends and learn to reject the racist nature of his fascist father. Written by James Gunn (Guardians of the Galaxy), this adult superhero comedy continues the absurdity of The Suicide Squad with John Cena reprising the role of Peacemaker. The supporting cast includes Danielle Brooks, Freddie Stroma, Chukwudi Iwuji, Jennifer Holland, Steve Agee, and Robert Patrick.
