Steve Jones was best known as the guitarist with the Sex Pistols, one of the rising rock bands of the UK punk scene. Their rebellious music made them rise to fame as one of the most notable rockers in the age of rallying against authority. But, as with most bands, their ascent to the top was a rocky one with many obstacles and issues. Based on the book Lonely Boy: Tales from a Sex Pistol by Steve Jones, this biographical drama comes from creator Craig Pearce (The Great Gatsby, Strictly Ballroom) and directed by Danny Boyle (Trainspotting) with a cast that includes Toby Wallace, Anson Boon, Louis Partridge, Jacob Slater, and Christian Lees.
