Pretend It’s a City

Author and humorist Fran Lebowitz sits down for a conversation with her good friend and legendary director Martin Scorsese. The two of them have a long history together and this miniseries documents their relationship as well as showcasing a rousing conversation they have about living in New York City. When they’re not talking about the city, they’re walking around it and lavishing in their many memories that bring smiles and laughs to their old faces. The series is directed by Scorsese himself and showcases footage both new and old of these two elders of both the big screen and the written word.
