Dopesick

Based on the nonfiction book Dopesick: Dealers, Doctors and the Drug Company that Addicted America by Beth Macy, this drug drama explores how the opioid epidemic in America is a towering issue. It extends from the stuffy boardrooms of greedy executives to the streets of addicts and drug dealers. The miniseries centers around the spread of OxyContin and how it worsened the already chaotic world of drugs being misused. Created by Danny Strong (Recount) this ensemble drama stars Michael Keaton, Peter Sarsgaard, Michael Stuhlbarg, Will Poulter, John Hoogenakker, Kaitlyn Dever, and Rosario Dawson.
