During the 1970s, Charles Sobhraj was a notorious serial killer and thief. He would drug, murder, and swipe passports from various strangers as he ventured around the world, continuing his crime spree. But when the Dutch diplomat, Herman Knippenberg, investigates this elusive figure, the Indian-Vietnamese may be facing the end of his international schemes when his murders of Dutch tourists is investigated further. Based on a true story, this British crime drama comes from directors Tom Shankland (The Punisher, Les Misérables) and Hans Herbots and stars Tahar Rahim, Jenna Coleman, Billy Howle, Ellie Bamber, Amesh Edireweera, Tim McInnerny, Dasha Nekrasova, and Mathilde Warnier.
